February was the month in which the work of Action Living went from paper to subsoil. We finished the earthworks - an invisible stage for many, but fundamental for everyone - and we moved forward with the deep excavations that will support the structure of the building. The piles are already forming, and with them, the physical foundations of an idea that was born with a purpose: to redefine how those who train with discipline stay.
It is not just a matter of removing soil. Every cubic meter excavated responds to a calculation, to a standard, to a commitment to good engineering. Good architecture starts at the bottom.
The schedule is on schedule. The work moves. And the promise materializes. In parallel, the technical team prepares the start of footings and the pouring of foundations. The sequence is clear, and so is the rhythm: to build with precision to deliver a differentiated hotel asset, profitable and aligned with a real market need.
These are not spectacular advances at first glance, but they are the most important. They are the ones that cannot be improvised. They are the ones that guarantee that what is to come can be sustained -literally and financially- for a long time.
