Together with B3 Cúbico, Tres-E, and the architecture of Jorge Palacio, we began the conceptualization, design and structuring of our project. Based on its privileged location in the Laureles sector, an arduous and dedicated regulatory, financial and design work in a 6-month process, URBIT SOCIAL LOFTS was born, an investment project dedicated to short and medium term rentals.
