Every project has a point of no return. And Action Living reached it on January 10.
On that day, the construction phase officially began: machinery on site, plans in execution and a vision that is beginning to become a reality. With the executory note of the construction license in hand and the conditions of the transfer fulfilled before the trustee, the project entered its active phase. This is the most eagerly awaited step for any investor. The one that separates the promise from the fulfillment.
It was not immediate. Obtaining the license meant months of technical, legal and regulatory work. Each procedure, each review, each signature had a purpose: to ensure that when the first stone was moved, there would be no turning back. Today, we can say with certainty that the road is open and the schedule is on track.

Before the machines went in to transform the space, the founding partners of the project gathered to strike the first symbolic blows. Camilo González and Alejandro González on behalf of MACCA. They were joined by Wilder Zapata and Alejandro Herrera, founders of the Action Black chain. More than a symbolic act, it was the silent signing of a powerful alliance: developers with strategic vision and operators with real experience, aligned in the same purpose. Each hammering not only announced the beginning of the work, but also the arrival of a new hotel category in the country.
Demolition was the first visible move. But the invisible - the financial model already structured, the contracts activated, the suppliers lined up - is also happening. And that's where you see the difference between a well-designed project and an improvisation.
Action Living is more than a hotel: it is a solution for those who train five times a week and do not plan to stop doing so when they travel. Its architecture, operation and concept respond to this real need, ignored by traditional hospitality models.
Now, with construction underway, we are beginning to build an asset that is not only desired by the market, but validated by a growing community that has been waiting for it.
Thank you for believing in this model. Thank you for making it possible.
We will continue to report, with the same rigor with which we build.
