Every great project starts with something unseen.
In December, while much of the city was preparing for the holidays, at MACCA we were fine-tuning the final details to reach one of Action Living's most eagerly awaited milestones: the executed building permit. It is a technical document, yes, but its impact is profound. Because it represents the step that separates planning from execution, the idea from the concrete.
Action Living is more than a hotel. It is a solution. It was born from the recognition of a real need: thousands of people train with discipline every week, but when they travel - for work, competition or pleasure - they face the frustration of not finding adequate spaces to follow their routine. They end up in hotel gyms that barely meet the basics, or paying for transfers and memberships in places they don't know.
That is why this project was designed from scratch as what it really is: a hotel with a sports soul. An infrastructure designed to accommodate, recover, activate and start again.
In December, we were on the verge of crossing the line from concept to construction. The executed note, the issuance of which is imminent, will allow us to formalize compliance with the conditions of the drawdown. And with that, the necessary resources will be released to start demolition, earthworks and the first works.
But it's not just about physical movement. It's about confidence, about vision, about knowing that we are moving forward according to plan, with the rigor that a project like this demands.
From MACCA, we want to thank you for being part of this stage. For believing, for accompanying us, and for betting with us on a new way of doing hospitality in Colombia: more specialized, more thoughtful, more profitable.
We are ready to build.
And now yes, not in a figurative sense.
