Foundations are not only built with concrete. They are also built with precision, coordination and confidence.
During April, Action Living reached a new level of technical consolidation. Enclosure work reached 95% and foundation pile excavations are progressing steadily, accumulating 60% of pours. The foundation beams, on the other hand, have been excavated in 70%. These numbers are not just figures: they are evidence that the project is progressing according to plan.
An 8% on site may sound modest. But in the construction world, that 8% concentrates the most complex steps: preparing the ground, stabilizing the environment and ensuring that whatever comes next will hold up without faltering. Each excavation is an act of anticipation. Each pour is a critical piece in the structural system that will make possible the country's first fitness lifestyle hotel.
In addition, during this month we communicated an important adjustment: our operator, formerly known as Easy Living, is now called BlackRoom. A brand change that does not alter in the least the structure or the commitments assumed with this project. The operation continues to be led by the same team, with the same vision and under the same standards.
We continue to work. Not only with machinery and plans, but with an unwavering principle: to do things right from the start, so that every advance is a solid foundation on which to grow.
