July marked a key breakthrough for the Action Living project: the basement slab is already cast in a 50%, and the assembly of the remaining 50% is in its final phase. In parallel, the casting of basement columns has already been completed, preparing the structural ground to start with the second floor slab.
This occurs on a solid foundation: the 100% of earthwork and lateral enclosures is executed. The foundation piles were also completed in their entirety. In other words, the project is no longer getting ready to start... it is in full construction.
These stages, although inconspicuous to the eye, represent the most critical architecture of the process. They are the ones that define the rhythm, quality and solidity of all that is to come. It is here that the difference between an improvised project and a well-structured one can be seen.
