During September, Urbit Garden continued to advance in its deep foundation stage. The 100% of foundation pile castingThis is a structural milestone that allows for the reinforcement of foundation beams and the start of columns. This process is already underway and will mark the transition from the subsoil to the visible structure of the building.
At the same time, the construction of the north retaining wallThe south wall is being reinforced and the tie-back pedestals are being poured. Containment, waterproofing and compaction work continues, with emphasis on complying with the technical schedule and preparing the terrain for the ascent of the first level.
Each phase is being executed under the permanent supervision of the technical team, with a clear and controlled sequence.
Urbit Garden is a project located in the center of Laureles, designed for hotel operation and with an engineered structure. This progress confirms that the construction rhythm is in line with the general planning.
